Idc if you can’t afford it. Change your oil every 5k-10k depending on the car. If you don’t it’ll cost you a lot more money than any amount of oil changes will ever cost😭

so my car physically burns through oil (no leaks, I've checked) so oil changes are literally useless to me I can only just put in new oil literally every 2 weeks

The owner of my Honda CR-V rarely did oil changes or oil refills and the timing chain ended up getting stretched because of it. It would've been $5000 to fix it. Please change your oil

oil every 5k miles will save you so much money in the long run if you plan on keeping your car. just keep up on regular maintenance and most every car on the road will go over 100k with few issues

I was 500 miles over the mileage they put on the sticker and freaking out, omg. meanwhile my cousin hasn't changed his daily drivers in 5 years and that thing has 0 problems.
