Ex wedding coordinator here, the prices they are advertising now shouud be what you go to contract on and if you are getting married in 2027 you shouud be still paying 2025 prices cos that’s why you went to contract in 2025. 🤷♀️

You should pay whatever the cost is when you locked it in, not what it could increase too. Imagine booking at end of 2024 and for an early 2026 wedding and having potentially 2 price increases 😳

We got married at Lakeside and honestly couldn’t fault it. Hubby and I are very fussy when it comes to good food (both Italian) and everything was 10/10.

If food matters, check out a restaurant if it suits! We got married at Ms Frankie in Richmond back in 2021 and it was amazing. Also, lots of places charge for extra chairs, so look out for that too!

Surely the increase in pricing is due to the additional costs for inflation of staff wages and food cost ? 5% increase is a standard increase for most venues.

Wild AF. My sister is planning an elopement is shocked by prices. I booked my 2025 wedding in 2023. I paid 2023 prices. They have only increased per head price by $20 in that time.
