FOCACCINE 🌿 Mini Focaccia Tutorial As promised, here is the video tutorial to show you how to make them.... Detailed written recipe/method has been posted to my profile on Whisk. Click the weblink in my bio and then on the 'recipes' button and you'll be directed to my entire library of recipes, including my focaccia dough recipes, on @Whisk. It's free to access my recipes, but you do need to create a free login to be able to see them 😘  If you just want the basics, here you go! 🌿Prepare focaccia dough according to recipe instructions up until the point where it's time to transfer to baking tray 🌿Oil metal muffin tin liberally with extra virgin olive oil  🌿place 50g focaccia dough* in each compartment  🌿Cover with inverted tray and let proof at room temperature for 1.5 hours 🌿Prepare toppings  🌿Preheat oven to 220C/430F  🌿Dimple dough using two oiled fingers (dimple 3-4 times for each compartment)  🌿Add toppings of choice - be sure to REALLY press them in because baking in muffin tin makes the focaccine dome at the top and the toppings can fall off.
