If you lack any one of these, then no matter how much that you practice, you will not become a buddha. ~ Chamtrul Rinpoche Renunciation is the sincerest heartfelt determination to be free from samsara, and the unshakable willingness to do something about it. Samsara refers to a sentient being’s uncontrollably recurring rebirth with all of the uncertainty, problems, and suffering. Bodhicitta is the sincerest heartfelt loving and compassionate wish to attain the enlightened omniscient state of a buddha for the benefit of all sentient beings without exception.
