Literally hate saying this, cutting out alcohol 😭 I had the hardest time losing weight in my face and stomach. I tried cutting a bunch out at various times. Alcohol unfortunately was the winner.

Cut down on alcohol! I use my knuckles when I’m applying face lotion and kind of use them as a guasha and apply pressure on my jaw line from the chin back to my jaw if that makes sense 🫶🏻
