Grab my new cookbook, Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers, through the link in my bio! 🥳💕 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g sirloin steak Cajun seasoning Smoked paprika Salt  Pepper  120g dry pasta Tsp garlic puree Diced small white onion Diced small red pepper 70g reduced fat garlic herb cream cheese  150ml pasta water  Crumbled beef stock cube  10g grated parmesan  3 sprigs of parsley chopped  💗Season the steak on both sides with a tsp cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Pan fry on both sides for 1.5 minutes for medium rare (dependent on thickness of the steak). Remove from the pan and leave to rest.  💗Add the pasta to boil in a salted pan of water.  💗In the same frying pan, add the garlic puree, white onion and red pepper sauté until slightly softened.  💗Add the cream cheese, heaped tsp cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well before adding the pasta water and crumbled beef stock cube. Leave on medium heat.  💗Dice the steak into cube sized pieces.  💗Combine the pasta with the sauce and the parmesan. Serve the bitesized steak pieces over the pasta, drizzle with any remaining sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
