I was once in the cockpit seated during heavy turbulence and it was not scary. I was just fine. And inside the plane I am extremely terrified. I think it has to do with not seeing anything

Thats Moderate. Last September I had experienced this same type of turbulence and while its scary you just gotta thug it out. Worst thing was that it went on for like 20 minutes
