My problem is not so much the parts they use, it’s that they market as if it’s a costly item, even suggesting that’s why they can’t keep it on the menu year round, when it’s literal scraps of the animal that cost pennies. Yes we eat those parts, but it’s a marketing ploy to get people to think they are waiting all year on a “quality” product.
