Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup banana peppers 1/4 cup roasted red peppers 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 5 burrito-size tortillas 1 lb sliced salami 1 lb pepperoni 1 lb ham 1 lb provolone cheese shredded lettuce Directions: 1. In a medium bowl add the cream cheese, banana peppers, red peppers, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined and decently smooth. 2. Spread a few tablespoons onto a tortilla. 3. On top of the mixture, add 3 slices of salami, a few slices of pepperoni, 3 slices of ham, and 3 slices of cheese. (Leaving about an inch border) 4. Sprinkle over a handful of shredded lettuce and carefully roll tightly. 5. I wrapped mine in foil and put in the freezer for 30 minutes before slicing. 6. Slice into 1” sections, and place in the shape of a football. 7. Make laces with the meat or the cheese. 8.
