@sophiereidfit: “I’m too busy” used to be my excuse for not prioritising my health. For missing meals, putting off cleaning the house or self care, for actually researching the kind of workouts I should be doing and foods I should be eating to build muscle and get the results I wanted with the limited time I had. DON’T MAKE THAT EXCUSE! It led me to one of the lowest points in my life, burnt out and rarely wanting to even get out of bed in the morning. When I set aside time to learn about optimal training and nutrition, and started tracking my calories, I made sure I had enough energy to function properly. I reduced my number of weekly workouts and was able to push harder in my training cause my body actually had enough fuel to do so, and I got better results from the work I put in.
