I struggle with getting the bar on the right spot on my back. Every time I try to do a barbell squat, I can't the bar below the base of my neck, any pointers you can give coach?

Put 50 pounds on the bar or some other small amount of weight that’s not life threatening, and squat as low as you possibly can comfortably and without resistance and with good form. Slowly add weight
