@wildgymco: Rucking for Beginners This is a super simple strategy for someone that is new to Rucking - I call it the ‘Morning Mile’ • 3-4 days per week go for a 1 mile Ruck • If you weigh less than 150lbs start with 10lbs • If you weigh more than 150lbs start with 20lbs • Do this for 60-90 days and then think about increasing the distance and/or weight • More than anything, remember that consistency is 🔑 and that something is better than nothing See you out there! #wildgym #rucking #longevity #walking #workout #womenshealth #Fitness #workoutmotivation
