I basically live on air fried chips now, so low calorie but also high in potassium which really helps control blood pressure. Combined with air fried rosemary and thyme fresh chicken and veg is ace.

I made this and it was delicious!! The sriracha was a bit strong though, I will use less next time. It made about 12 fish sticks and was 4 servings for us + also had 600g potatoes total
