@sowfitnesss: HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PREP IDEA🥙 FULL RECIPE: Ingredients: - 4 Cod fillets - 2 carrots 🥕 - 1 brocolli 🥦 - 3 large potatoes Seasonings: - 1 tsp mixed herbs - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp garlic granules - 1 tsp chilli flakes - 1 tsp each of mixed herbs & italian herbs - Salt and pepper, to taste - M&S roast potato seasoning Method: 1. Preheat 2 separate pots to a boil 2. Dice 3 potatoes and the carrots and brocolli 3. Add to pots and allow to boil for 15 minutes 4. Season cod with seasonings listed above 5.
