@kcalnews: On Tuesday, Pacific Palisades residents were stuck in gridlocked traffic as they attempted to flee the first of four rapidly growing wildfires in Los Angeles County. Drivers were left in shock as police told them to abandon their cars and walk toward the beach as the blaze moved in.
