Whip the heavy cream with whipped cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the quark mixture until well combined. 5.	Cut half of the drained tangerines into small pieces and gently fold them into the quark mixture along with the remaining halved tangerines. (Save some for decoration) 6.	Pour the quark mixture onto the cooled crust in the springform pan and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until the cake is set. 7.
