Step 1: decide to see a doc, step 2: find doc that takes ur insc, step 3: make a plan to call for an appt, step 4 call docs to see who can fit you in, step 6 confirm you will go 2 said appt, step 7 add to calendar, step 8 no other plans that day, step 9 get past info to update new doc, step 10 rest well night before appt, step 11 fill out online paperwork, step 12 🤯🥴
