Many of them have a class action lawsuit for a free replacement of engine from 2010-2020, and you don't have to be the original owner. I think coverd up to 150k

I've been with Kia for 18 years now and those motors have a lifetime warranty as long as they maintain the oil changes Kia will replace them for free along with Hyundai

At least they have a great warranty and stand behind it. American made cars have the same problems but you have to pay for a new motor or transmission!!

i have gotten so many customers free motors that when my shop calls the dealer, they have given up and just ask when we are having towed in.

Haha my wife’s car has 246 thousand miles on it, it’s a 2006 Hyundai Sonata 3.3 V6 the only problems we have is the O2 sensors but otherwise a decent car and I hate European cars

2013 elantra here...with 380,000km still running strong. couple Tie Rods and some minor electrical issue likely due to mice...but other then that no issue.
