@tofology: “It feels like the world is ending.” I kept saying it even though I knew that it was kinda meaningless. So I decided to pick at it. This is basically just the discussion that’s been going on in my brain for a while now. I’ve been trying to articulate the overwhelm and dread that I’ve been experiencing and I wanted to share it with anyone who might find it useful. I am a strong believer that we can’t really solve problems unless we’ve first acknowledge the emotions we’re experiencing. So I do encourage all of us to move beyond the paralyzing anxiety and allow ourselves to feel the grief. It’s not forever.
