According to Brandon Sanderson, you can’t mispronounce any of the names. They’re pronounced however you say them. He encourages people to use their imaginations.

I went to a book signing with Brandon Sanderson and asked him about that. he said he prefers the reader pronounce the name the way that makes the character intimate to them.
