@10newsau: Tens of thousands of LA residents have been ordered to evacuate as wildfires continue to spread through the city. The volume of people leaving has caused major traffic jams, forcing some people to flee on foot. Aaron Sampson and his 83-year-old father-in-law were among those who had to abandon their cars and walk to safety. So far, at least five people have died, and over 10,000 buildings have been destroyed.
