I work at a salon and i think that lotion blocks red light, i just recently read that a lot of tanning lotions do!

Two tips! Get a red light specific lotion, most lotions aren’t made for red light and can affect its benefits/results. Also please wear your eyewear to prevent future eye damage 🫶🏻

i’d definitely switch to tanning every other day and the days you don’t tan do the red light it’s way better for you to space them out!!!
