@lav.bakes: Blue Raspberry Gay Pride Cookies 💚🤍💙 INGREDIENTS 113g unsalted butter 100g granulated sugar 13g brown sugar 2tsp blue raspberry extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1/2tsp baking powder 1 egg 240g flour Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or using a hand mixer) beat unsalted butter, sugars, blue raspberry extract, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and egg until the mixture is creamy and light, scrape down sides of the bowl as needed (about 3 min). Add the flour and mix until a dough forms. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into seven equal portions and dye each a different color. Flatten each portion into approximately a 3” x 3” square. Wrap each shaped portion in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 30min. Stack the dough according to flag order. Gently press the dough together and shape into a log. Freeze the log for approximately 15-20 minutes. Cut the block into about 8-10 cookies Transfer the cookies to the sheet and bake for 12-13 min depending on thickness of the cookies and desired crunch level. #sugarcookies #mlm #cookies #cookiedecorating
