I would also use the ovulation test kits as the apps can be wrong sometimes as not everyone’s bodies are on track with what the app predicts! I myself was ovulating earlier than the app another girl

This is amazing! We have been trying for two years for number 2 and I was diagnosed with endo and PCOS and it’s been so much to track I gave up. Do you have to have the aura ring is it just a benefit?

Add baby aspirin to your prenatal vitamin regimen (you should start taking prenatals BEFORE you conceive) I am pregnant with my 4th under 4 and it took me a bit to get pregnant with her after my 3rd

Do you think the cost is worth it? The oura ring does seem very expensive. I’ve been trying to save for it. We have had 3 miscarriages in the last 12 months and are still trying for our miracle.

Natural Cycles was great for us to conceive! However my doctor did test all my hormones + thyroid and turns out my thyroid was under active. I started Synthroid and got pregnant the month after!
