omg I didn’t know this could be serious like that! I was told I had cat scratch disease after seeing an infectious disease doc but it was like no big deal, just antibiotics. I probably had it awhile

Bartonella is super rare! But if y’all are seriously worried make sure to always immediately wash cat scratches/bites and use regular flea prevention on them! Esp if immunocompromised.
