I was looking at taking charcoal tablets too but it says you have to take them on an empty stomach and a couple hours before/ after multivitamins or medicine as they can affect how they’re absorbed

Charcoal is a binder so it does bind to minerals and whatnot within your body. A lot of people take binders when they are going through a parasite and/ or heavy metal detox so you have less die off symptoms. That’s probably why she didn’t recommend for you to take all the time

You can also take the travel sickness tablets if you’re feeling sick from Bali belly and food poisoning! Or even hungover aha, 2 birds one stone instead of the charcoal tablets🥰

The thermometer is such a good idea! You can get kwells travel sickness tablets from boots/ superdrug. I recommend rehydration sachets or liquid iv!!
