🛑 Smashed Grilled Chicken + Cheese Sandwiches 🤤 Quick, easy, and loaded with flavor! These are perfect any night of the week that you’re in a hurry (or not) and want something delicious and fulfilling! NOTES: •You can use whatever is heavy and convenient to pound your chicken down. Pound chicken to 1/2” thick. Lay flat on a large baking sheet & sprinkle with all seasonings on both sides. Rub in thoroughly. 2.) Heat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to medium high heat & cook on each side for about 5 minutes. Repeat until all chicken is cooked. 3.) Slice & butter one side of your bread. Lay buttered side down. Place chicken & cheese on top. Lay another slice of buttered bread on top, buttered side up, and place into pan, cooking for 4 minutes over medium heat. Flip and cook the other side for another 4 minutes. 5.) Transfer to a cutting board to cool.
