I've a small tube next to me it's best handcream , I've got a gout and have very painful joints rubbing this on my hands just feels like heaven.

Hope you don’t mind me asking as it’s your job I’m sure medical questions annoy you but I had the flu jab in November last year and have just had the worst flu I’ve ever had is it effective?
