Def is terrible - but a deadly force encounter is a deadly force encounter. Tasers bean bags have limitations and low immediate effective rates …. Only other thing would be a 40MM - which we carried

Missed their opportunity to de-escalate with Low-Lethality force options. Too much inaction. Ultimately it’s a rightful shoot. Sad situation for all involved.
