@toolstoday: Unboxing and installing the AirWeights Universal Vacuum table, now available on our website, to install on our CNC machine. The 24"x48" complete setup shown here was very easy to install with the included pin locations file to ensure it is installed square to the machine! The table works great at holding super flexible material, like this plastic, that would be difficult to hold down any other way as well as other relatively flat non porous materials. Trying to pull it off the table maxed out my force gauge at 120lbs and it didn't budge. If your material has too much of a warp, cup or twist, vacuum tables will not be able to hold the material to the wasteboard, but holds great for most relatively flat materials. For smaller machines, we also offer AirWeights setups in 24"x24" tiles that you can combine to use on even larger areas if you wish!
