I’m 6’5”, 300#. The ONLY other firefighter in my group that was able to carry me in training was a 5’2” woman. We were both in full turnouts, and she carried me up a flight of stairs no problem.

I worked for the federal government for CMS and I definitely saw ppl who did a bad job on jobs they didn't earn and they were 20 year in their positions. I also saw ppl get opportunities, both is true
