The only thing about the therostate is your locking people into the technology. At least with a basic thermostat you can easily change it out for what you want

the sink one im always so torn on. I like having a divided sink for handwashing so I can have a wash sink and a sanitize sink but I do like the bigger capacity of the single for large items

As a person who was in hvac the smart nest thermostats look nice and are more appealing but they break and have so many more problems than a basic one.
