💯 in short term giving them the emotional reactions albeit anger, tears, frustration is the input they want from you 😳 if you keep not responding with your emotional reactions they will eventually not bother trying to bait you, trust in the process, your own input is your own self destruction! unfortunately the opposite of what comes natural to you in the moment, is what will work for you, you have to control your own responses under some very difficult provoking situations for it to work.
