I was recently in HSC for 8hrs to be seen. What we see as patients is a lot different than what nurses claim Emergency to be.

I waited 13 hours once and then they said we can’t deal with you now . I needed a hysterectomy.

A 9-20 hour wait has become the norm in ERs in Manitoba. Mostly it’s people that don’t have or can’t find a family doctor to see. Too many people are using ERs for non emergent situations

It’s social eco status I swear because when I was there I had to go but because I hold a blue cross inshurance and iam from Vancouver the waiting rm was full I went in in 5 min can’t beleive it

one time I was sick an doctor didn’t see me for seven hours in that hsc waiting room crazy when some just get there an get taken in right away I’ve witness it myself one time

they left me 12 hours un check in an ontario hospital l. a surgeon walked by and seen i didn't look right. I needed my appendix out. it had been leaking for a few days they said.was homeless
