They’re just the thing to get you through it.. because yes, it’s still football season 1 lb wings 3 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp paprika salt and pepper Buffalo Garlic Parmesan Sauce: 1/3 cup buffalo sauce 1/4 cup Italian dressing 1 tsp Italian seasoning 4 tbsp butter 5 cloves garlic, minced Pinch of red pepper flakes fresh parsley, chopped fine Parmesan cheese, grated 1. Pat the wings dry with @Bounty Paper Towels and stick the wings in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the baking powder and seasonings listed. Remove the wings from the freezer, pat dry once more, and coat in the baking powder mixture. 2. Arrange the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake at 450 F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway, broil for 3-4 minutes. 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the garlic on medium low with the Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Once garlic is sautéed, not burnt, combine the butter with the buffalo sauce, Italian dressing, and fresh parsley. Toss the crispy wings in the sauce. Add the Parmesan cheese (I add a lot) and toss once more. 4. Serve with some more Parmesan on top, your favorite dipping sauce, and Bounty on the side for any clean up!
