@victoriatschoppp: HIGH PROTEIN SNACKS PART 2: SPICY TUNA CUCUMBER BOATS (10 MINUTES TO MAKE) 1 large cucumber 2 cans tuna 1 tbsp mayonaise 2 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce of choice (depending how spicy you like it) 2 green onions, chopped Pinch of salt & pepper Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise then in half again. Scoop out the seeds and the core with a spoon. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha, chopped green onions, salt, & pepper. taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Scoop your spicy tuna into your cucumber boats. Top with toppings of choice. I did furikake, avocado, Sichuan chili oil, and more green onions. ENJOY!!! Love this for a quick high protein snack and it’s VERRRYYY filling!!! Welcome back to my high protein snacks seriesss where we’re making snacks to look like a snack!
