I avoided all pain meds, for me I didn't feel like I needed it. I felt great and was walking with no problems.

Don’t drink from a straw either! It creates extra gas that can get stuck. That was the worst for me when I had my son!

Instead of a binder I had what is called an Abby. That lifting of my belly off my incision has been a game changer!! They said it’s something newer. I feel like it made me heal up better!

I jst had my 4th csection i hemorrhaged a lot and they took me back into theatre and cut me back open after failing to stop it and after manually putting there hand up there to remove clots that wouldn't stop he's nearly 3 weeks old and I still hurt bad

The l&d nurse who came in the morning after my first csection and said “what?? No one gave one you of these?? Honey let me help you” and snapped open a padsicle and shoved it in a compression band for me was my favorite person😭
