Easy Crispy Chicken Tenders 🍗 Ingredients: - 400g mini chicken breast - 1 large bag of cheddar or salted crisps (or your favourite flavour) - 1 large egg or 2 small ones - 4 heaped tbsp flour - Salt, pepper, and paprika Instructions: 1. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika. 2. Crush the crisps in a food processor or in a bowl until they form a breadcrumb-like texture. 3. Set up a coating station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with crushed crisps. 4. Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the egg, and finally, press it into the crushed crisps to coat evenly.
For Air Fryer: - Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). - Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). - Cook for 13 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
For Oven: - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). - Place the coated chicken strips on a lined baking tray. Spray lightly with cooking oil for extra crispiness. - Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crunchy.
