I'm not a body language expert however, I have learnt a few tips to show that Roger is full of guilt while saying this statement. Watch when he starts to get uncomfortable, fidgeting with his hands as he doesn't know how to answer the question. The eyes are all over the place as he doesn't know where to look or how to react without showing his guilt. Which makes it even more obvious. The sweating, fidgeting and playing around the tongue in the mouth. Yes I believe he is also high. However watch for that BIG GULP when he says he hasn't said goodbye to Liam yet, but he will when the times right. That gulp is a sign of someone being deceptive and trying to lie through the answer and to not give it away. Knowing what we know now. This last part of the interview isn't highly in Rogers favour.
