@dailymail: BREAKING: A homeless man who was allegedly trying to start a fire with a blowtorch was tackled and zip-tied by furious LA locals carrying out a citizens' arrest. Residents claim they surrounded the man and brought him to the ground after they allegedly saw him trying to set fire to an object behind a vehicle. The LAPD have since confirmed the arrest of the suspected arsonist who they say is in his mid-20s.
