Why gate keep working out? It has nothing to do with reps, it’s about consistency, as long as your mildly challenging yourself, and being consistent your going to build muscle, just do what works

yeah but you could just use low weight and flex as hard as you can on the last few reps causing failure or flex as hard as you possibly can on every rep and it doesn't matter how much weight
