that's not how you make granita,in sicily(it's a sicilian recipe btw)we mix the juice of any fruit (or almond milk if you use almond) with a simple syrup of water and sugar and freeze it,scraping it every now and then so that it doesn't get that frozen texture but instead a creamy and chilly texture
