I have PCOS and hashimotos. I don’t want to hear anyone’s judgment unless they’ve dealt with them themselves 🤷🏼♀️I’ve lost 50lb, it’s not impossible but it’s significantly more difficult

The way I understand it, hormonal conditions like PCOS lower your BMR making it harder to achieve a calorie deficit. Therefore easier to gain weight
