See I can’t do the brown noise it’s too unsettling for me. But I constantly fall asleep to podcasts because people talking reminds me of falling asleep at parties as a kid with my mom petting my head

If you have an Alexa, you get a very familiar sound if you ask it for “brown noise”. No cool rumbling bass under the bed though
