I went to a class and it was so hard! They had us plank and do push ups after arms and legs and I didn’t enjoy it but this class seems more like what I’m used to! Wonder if instructors teach different

I tried the unlimited week at reformed and didn't like it 🙃 I don't know if it was the instructors, but the classes were too easy. I didn't feel any burn 😕
