I remember that one writer that falsely accused a guy and make a book about it, she just say sorry when they caught her lying. the guy is in jail for 15 years and she just said sorry.

I totally agree. It cannot be that someone can randomly accuse someone of a crime and when it is proven to be a false accusation then that person just goes freely about their business like nothing

This happend to my cousin, he spent alot money to prove his innocence. Let's say her family and her had to relocate after getting threats and car always totaled.

Yess I highly agree, I’ve been saying this there should be no reason why there’s no consequences for the false accusation. They’ve lost years of their lives behind bars while the other just apologies
