I was physically bullied as a kid (a couple of times they could’ve killed me); but the exclusion was the worst. Friends left, bullied me, ignored me. I have trust issues now as a result.

getting excluded and having 'friends' that straight up replaced me w someone better sent me through a pipeline and now i don't even bother getting close to people anymore

I almost never had anyone that wanted to hang out with me. The few who did would eventually befriend each other and leave me out- I’ve just accepted I’m a like. Friend matchmaker. But alone myself.

i was this before I mastered masking so much i became a career politician in school. i didn't have close friends but everyone was a "friend", i still use that mask to this day

I was excluded from my church Youth Group. Everybody went to the same school but me. Nobody thought to clue me in on any of their stories. They only talked to me b/c my mom talked to their moms.

Yep. Never had friends invite me to their houses except one kid a grade below me. Never had any female friends invite me to do anything with them. In my 20s now with no idea how to make friends my age
