Check the starter for the starter protection over ride connector it plugs in on the back of the starter had that issue on mine just unplugged the wire connector from the starter put a paper clip in it

hate to say it but the new trucks once it gets to a certain temp the computers go to low volt I have to put a Herman heater under my 12 kw for 40 min to warm computer up an trick start batteries
