Sour skittles too! If you’re nauseous when your sugar drops, the sour taste will help with that and then the sugar does its thing. Pixie sticks are kinda tart as well!

Idk if my mom is just unique with her diabetes but when my mom’s sugar is in her 40s her hands will get sweaty but she’s still fine like able to communicate and everything.Its only happened a couple times but when her sugar is in the twenties that’s when she is like unconscious and if she is conscious she doesn’t know who we are.
