Near-Far Focus Activity • This exercise is like push-ups for your eyes, strengthening your focusing system. • How to do it: • Cover one eye with your hand. • Hold a finger, pen, or pencil in front of your uncovered eye. • Slowly bring it closer until it becomes slightly blurry, then stop and refocus to make it clear. • Hold focus for 5 seconds, visualizing your pupil locking in and getting smaller. • Shift your focus to a distant point as far as possible.
